The location was perfect, just steps from a canal and the city center! A rich breakfast with a great variety made mornings delightful.

Staff service felt impersonal at times and the lack of privacy in glass-walled bathrooms was uncomfortable.

We were initially drawn in by the hotel's appeal, but the reality was disappointing. The open bathroom setup, with the distinct lack of privacy, made it uncomfortable for our group to freshen up.

Friendly staff, great breakfast vibes

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, filled with locally sourced products. The staff were genuinely helpful, providing us with maps and tips to navigate the vibrant city center.

Unfortunately, the room was lacking in comfort. the beds were unusually hard and pillows felt flat. the AC was temperamental, making the nights a bit uncomfortable.

The room was spotlessly clean and sound-proofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite the bustling market square outside. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a beautiful room that we will always remember. The hotel was modern with a warm feel, making it a lovely place to stay.

I had a great stay, with a spacious room featuring big windows and a nice shower. The breakfast was delicious, though the toilet situation was a bit awkward. I'd definitely consider returning!

Great location and comfy stay!

We loved the modern vibe of the hotel and its super close spot to the city center. The breakfast was aces, loads of tasty options to choose from. Our only beef was that the room got a bit too warm, but we managed. Staff was really friendly and helped us with our questions.

The hotel impressed me with its location, just a stone's throw from the market square, making it easy to explore Bruges. The room felt spacious, equipped with a comfy Murphy bed and a lovely view. I appreciated the modern decor everywhere. Staff were genuinely helpful, especially a tall lady at the reception who assisted me with an urgent matter. the bathroom setup was a bit awkward. The glass-walled shower had little privacy, which could be uncomfortable if sharing the room, but the setup didn't detract much from my stay. Noise insulation could use a bit of work. I noticed some sounds from adjoining rooms. Despite these quirks, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying again, especially for the central location and comfort.

The location proved very convenient, especially with the nearby public underground parking and a charming market setting across the street on Saturdays. A comfortable bed in a spacious junior suite added to the experience, along with the delightful breakfast options featuring regional products. Some drawbacks included limited parking hours that led to a ticket issue and thin walls that allowed sounds from neighboring rooms.

Our room was large with a nice terrace, but the walls were paper thin.
